Full refund: We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item when the item is returned to us (post marked) within 90 days. Sorry, shipping is not refundable. The item has to be in it's original packaging.
We will replace or repair any item returned to us for any reason. If you will be returning an item, you must obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number first. Any item returned without an RMA number will not be refunded.
To get an RMA, e-mail your name, order number, and items to be returned to email@example.com or call (970) 222-7006 and we will give you an RMA number. Be sure to write it down, and include it and a copy of your invoice with your return.
Exchanges: Exchanges will be treated as new orders. Please place your new order online. Your credit card will be credited upon receipt of your item.
Credit Card refunds: We can only credit the credit card used to purchase the item, for any returns or any differences in purchase price from an exchange. If you have received a gift you may return it for store credit.
Unlike many competitors, we do NOT charge a restocking fee because we truly care about our customers and value your business. We are here to help!
